Our great guides are fun loving and will show you the best of Fraser Island's Northern Wilderness. Camping is a must on Fraser and 80% of travelers and Aussies go camping so should you! Forget the resorts. Our beach campsites, have hot showers and toilets, great tents, with mattress and sleeping bags supplied FREE! The Dundubara Beach Campsite allows for more time in the National Park.
- Depart Brisbane or Noosa for Rainbow Beach and coloured Sands. 4WD the Cooloola National Park. (2 national parks in 1 tour)
- 4WD the magnificent 75 Mile surf beach, swim, photo the fresh waters of Eli Creek.
- Take time to photo the coloured sands of the Pinnicales and the ancient shipwreck of the SS Maheno.
- Continue north along the 75 mile beach - your northern escape and National park campsite at Dundubara has hot showers and toilets.
- As other companies return south, enjoy afternoon beach walks, the cathedrals, swim and relax Fraser style.
- Enjoy evening meal around the campfire. Moonlight walks to the amazing sand dune of Wugul, magical sand dune formations with moonscaping.
Day 1 HIGHLIGHTS
- Early morning hike to Cathedral Beach Sand Cliffs and coloured sands. These 100 metre high cliffs offer the best sunrise photos on the island.
- Breakfast than depart from Fraser Island Northern Beach Campsite allow a whole day to discover the beauty of Fraser, where few tourist go!!!!!!
- See Waddy point and Surf Orchid Beach, this north facing beach has great swimming, great for spotting dolphins, whales and famous for turtle nesting.
- Travel onto Sandy Cape and Sandy Cape Lighthouse. The top of Fraser Island, we are the only company to visit this beautiful location. (Tides and weather conditions permitting)
- Return for picnic lunch at Orchid Beach and Nagarla Rocks the most remote northern beaches.
- Visit Indian Head, we spend more time here than any other company. Take in the view from the lookout, spot sharks, dolphins, turtles and whales. (in season)
- With your guide collect native aboriginal foods. This evening entrees. Collect fresh pipis (clams). Great bush tucker! Dinner and cold drinks around the campfire. Dinner, cold drinks and desert.
Day 2 HIGHLIGHTS
- Early morning breakfast before traveling to the magical Lake Allom. This lake is famous for its isolated rainforest, birds and wildlife surrounding the lake.
- Take time to photo, swim and enjoy the turtles of Lake Allom.
- Travel back through Fraser's northern rainforest take time to explore, before stopping at Knife Blade Sandblow, Fraser's largest!!!
- Visit the aboriginal cultural display at Thorgine, before a beach drive to Eurong Beach Resort.
- Swim and photo Govi Creek a wonderful way to finish the tour.
- Return to Brisbane, Noosa via Rainbow Beach coloured sands.
Day 3 HIGHLIGHTS
- All meals on island - Day 1: Dinner and drinks
- Day 2: breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Day 3: breakfast only
- FREE camping equipment, mattress, FREE sleeping bag, fully guided tour (3 days). All transfers.
